Services for Shirley Clevenger, 63, will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. at Greater Bakersfield First Pentecostal Church, 1418 W. Columbus. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 9101 Kern Canyon Rd.
Shirley Clevenger was born to Elmer and Vera Hoffman on December 26, 1945, in Bakersfield. She is survived by her two sons, Wesley and Timothy; three brothers, Ricky, Robby and Randy; one sister, Nancy; three grandchildren, Austin, Jamie and Lindsey; numerous nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
Shirley Clevenger attended First Pentecostal Church faithfully since 1964. She was involved in teaching and working with the church.
Her children would like to thank all who visited and prayed with our mom. Visitation is from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, day of service. Greenlawn Mortuary.
