James Ernest Hill of North Main Avenue, Fayetteville, died in the Lincoln County Hospital Saturday of an apparent heart attack. He was 63.
Services were held Monday afternoon at Gallant Funeral Home. The Rev. George Mathis officiated, and burial was in Gum Springs Cemetery.
Mr. Hill was a native of Madison County, Alabama, son of the late Floyd Tolbert and Ida Faulkner Hill. He was a retired truck driver, and a Roman Catholic.
Mr. Hill is survived by three sons, James Hill and Joe Hill, both of Houston, Texas, and Gerald Hill of Arlington, Texas.
