Will of Charles A. Judd

I, Charles A. Judd, being in poor health, but of
Sound mind, do hereby make this my last
will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills
that may have been made by me.
First: I want my wife, Paulina Judd after my
death, to be made my executrix, to carry into
effect the provisions of this will without bond.
Second, I want my wife Paulina Judd, to
have full control of all my land and personal property
that I may own at the time of my death, with power
to sell or dispose of, at any time she may see proper.
and her acts and deeds in conveying the land to be recognized
as legal. The proceeds of sale to be divided equally between my
children.
Third: I want my son Samuel Judd and James M. Bailey
to assist her in carrying this will into effect, and in
any way that she may need assistance.
