Inventory of personal belongings of Daniel Gleason, 1st Michigan, Company E. Annapolis Junction, Maryland, January 14, 1862.

Warner was no longer associated with 1st Michigan at this point. He was promoted and transferred to (about the time of Daniel Gleason's death) the 21st Michigan Infantry as Captain. Shortly thereafter, Warner was wounded at the Battle of Bull Run. He recovered from his injuries and returned to the battlefields. He was related to Gleason, my gggg grandfather. Should you have any information regarding the connection, please contact me.

I am also in possession of a group photograph of the 21st Michigan Infantry and what I believe is another photograph including Warner.
Capt. Warner's signature at the bottom.
