Rose Marie Amatelli received her Master's degree at Seton Hall University, South Orange, where she went on to become a teacher for the Elizabeth Board of Education before retiring. She was a parishioner of St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church in West End, Long Branch. Her hobbies included painting, in particular landscapes and ocean scenes. She was a member of the Takanassee Beach Club and went to the beach every day. Miss. Amatelli was born in Newark.
She was predeceased by her parents, Louis and Rosina Amatelli, two brothers, Michael and Frank; and a sister, Nettie Cecere. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
