Virgil Eugene Dick, 52, of Clinton passed away Saturday, July 12, 2008 at home.
Virgil was born October 2, 1955, in Iowa City to Raymond Franklin and Eloise (Schipper) Dick. He married Debra Smith on August 10, 1976 in Clinton. He was a very giving and sociable person. He liked to buy and sell cars.
Virgil is survived by his wife, Debra of Clinton; his Mother, Eloise of Clinton; a daughter, Rebecca (Jose) Facio of Clinton; three sons, Ray Dick of Ft. Madison, Shane Coverdale of Clinton and Mike Moore of California; grandchildren, Anastasia and Johnathan Facio; three sisters, Ethel May of Clinton, Debra (Tom) Dersham of Albany and Connie (Mactire McMullen) Greene of Spring Green, WI; three brothers, Robert Dick of Clinton; Ronald (MaDonna) May of Clinton and David May of Clinton and several nieces and nephews.
His father, Raymond; one brother, Jacob and his grandparents, Jacob and Ethel (Hamm) Schipper, and Raymond and Mable (Hute) Dick. preceded him in death.
