Marlene R. Spath of Fargo, ND, passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2008 at Innovis Health in Fargo at the age of 65.
Marlene Rustad was born on August 1, 1942, the daughter of Martin and Nora (Bond) Rustad in Horace, ND. She grew up in Horace and graduated from Horace High School. Marlene was united in marriage to Ronald Lee on June 21, 1963. Three sons were born to this union. They later divorced and Marlene married Dale Spath on November 7, 1977.
Marlene is survived by her sons, Mike (Anne) Lee of Northwood, ND; Jon (Wendy) Lee of Hillsboro, ND; and Jason (Kimi) Lee of Fargo, ND; 5 grandchildren, Naomi and Zacharia Lee; Gus Lee; and Taeler and Brandon Lee. She is also survived by her sister, Janice (Paul) Johnson of Kindred, ND; and her brother, Roger (Judy) Rustad of Horace, ND. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Dale.
VISITATION: one hour prior to the service in the church on Thursday.
FUNERAL SERVICE: 1 PM Thursday, February 7, 2008 at Horace Lutheran Church in Horace, ND.
BURIAL: Horace Cemetery
Arrangements entrusted to the care of Fredrikson Funeral Chapel in Kindred, ND.
