HULDA CHARLSON - 2 SEPT 1968

CHESTERTON, IND. -- Hulda W. Charlson, 84, M.R. Box 59, Chesterton died this morning at Porter Memorial Hospital in Valparaiso, IN.,
she was born Feb. 15, 1884, in Baillytown, the daughter of Nels and Emma Peterson. She was married to Charlie Charlson in Hobart May 1, 1902. He died in 1953
Surviving are four sons - Howard, LaPorte; Leonard, Chesterton; Norman, LaPorte, and Marvin Blue Island, IL. ; a daughter, Mrs. George Jentzen, Michiagn City; 20 grand children, and 40 great-grand children. She was preceded in death by a son and two daughters.
She was a lifelong resident of the Chesterton area and a member of Augsburg Lutheran Church ion Porter.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Augsburg Lutheran Church with the Rev. Lawrence Swanson officiating. Burial will be in Burstrom Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday at the Car Edmonds Funeral Home in Chesterton.
