Clifford was the beloved son of Lillie Rogers Ray Milburn and husband of Shirley. He was a very handsome and intelligent young man when he lost his life suddenly. We all miss and love him very much. Uncle Clifford was the younger brother of my Mom. He and his wife never had any children which was a shame because they would have been great parents. I remember that he taught me how to whistle and once when we were all outside picking up the pecans from the ground (we had a pecan tree that bore the really LARGE pecans), I started counting and counted up to 100 - I must have been about six. He was so excited, he ran in and told Mom I had counted to 100!! That was the way he was around me and my little brother, Stanley. He was always so proud of our accomplishments. We both looked up to him. He played the guitar and would sing. One of his favorite songs to sing was "I wonder who's kissing her now". He was very much in love with his wife. and she with him. I understand that she has never dated since he died in 1979. That's true love.
