Obituary:
Peter Castiglia, a former Mamaroneck resident,
owned and operated Pete's Package Delivery
Service in Harrison, Rye and Mamaroneck.
He was born to Giuseppe and Teresa Castiglia
in Hoboken, New Jersey. He moved to Florida in
1979 and lived there until his death in 1990.
Peter had three children, Peter, Jr., Diane
and Linda.

Peter was my Dad, but because my parents divorced when I was very young, I didn't get the chance to know him until I was an adult. We became friends when I was 21 years old and remained friends until he passed away. Even though we lived on opposite ends of the country, we visited when we could and I was able to be with him when he died.
