Paul Maurice Breton August 18, 1935 - May 26, 2010 Woodstock - Paul Maurice Breton, 74, of Woodstock, died Wednes day, May 26, 2010 at home, surrounded by his loving family. Paul was the beloved husband of Ruth R. Breton. They were married August 1, 1959 in St. Bridget Catholic Church in Manchester, CT. Paul was born in Auburn, ME, August 18, 1935, son of the late Lucien and Rose (Pomelleau) Breton. Paul served in the U.S. Army in the late 1950's as a Helicopter Instructor. After his discharge from the army, he worked construction for twenty years in Connecticut and twelve years in Alaska. In the 1980's he opened Breton Tree Farm in Woodstock and operated it for many years. Paul was an avid huntsman, fisherman and outdoorsman, golfer and pool player. He was a member of the American Legion in Putnam, Putnam Elks Lodge, Eastern Connecticut Sportsman's Club and the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Southbridge, MA. Best known to his friends as Moe, he was a friend to all and would always lend a helping hand to his family and friends. A devoted and caring husband, father, grandfather and brother, he leaves behind his wife Ruth, his children; Craig Breton of Eagle River, Alaska, Gary Breton and his wife Jean of Woodstock, Deborah Trull of Woodstock, Paul P. Breton and his wife Donna of Woodstock, Terri Breton of Woodstock, brother; Richard P. Breton, sister; Joline Breton both of NH; his beloved grandchildren; James Michael Breton, Michelle Breton, Joseph P. Breton, Kimberly Trull, Charlotte Trull, Jonathan Trull, great grandchildren; Christiana Breton, Skyler Breton, Kalen Breton, nephew; Michael Folsom, nieces; Lisa and Josie. He was predeceased by his siblings Joseph Breton and Madeline Folsom. Services are private
