Murder Victim. A bartender-waitress at a local hotel in Wichita Falls, Texas, Tina Kimbrew was murdered on May, 6, 1986 by Faryion Edward Wardrip. Her body was found on the floor of her appartment. The apartment was ransacked. Tina had burises on her face, neck, and legs. Cause of death was ruled as smothered to death. The 27 year old Wardrip pleaded guilty to murder and was sentenced to thirty-five years in prison. He was released on parole in 1997. Waldrip moved to Olney, Young County, Texas and got a job and was active in a local Church. In 1985, 3 women,a college student and part-time hospital worker, a nurse, and a waitress, had been stabbed, strangled, and in two cases raped. In 1999 at the age of 40, Farylon Wardrip was convicted of killing Terry Sims, Toni Gibbs, Deborah Taylor, and Ellen Blau. He was sentenced to death and is now at a maxium security prison in Livingston, Texas.
