Crystal E. Rollins, 95, of Paxton died at 11:17 a.m. Friday, May 21, 2010, at the Illinois Knights Templar Home.
She was born Dec. 31, 1914 in rural Marengo, Indiana to Charles O. and Anna Mabel Jones Archibald. She married Ralph Edwin Rollins on Oct. 8, 1939 in Marengo, Indiana. He preceded her in death on Sept. 15, 1974.
She is survived by one daughter, Carol (Daniel) MacNeil of rural Paxton; three sons, Donald (Sharee) Rollins of Indiana, Robert (Cheryl) Rollins of Culper, Va. and David (Sherri) Rollins of Seymour; one stepson, Kenneth (Nina) Rollins of Fort Myers, Fl.; a daughter-in-law, Ann Rollins of Mahomet; 23 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; one sister, Ruth Rease of Avon, Indiana and two brothers, Robert Archibald of Orleans, Indiana and Floyd Archibald of New Albany, Indiana.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, Warren "Shorty" Rollins; one sister, Edith and one brother, Lowell.
