Brazil, Ind., Oct 23- Walter D. Hunt,36 years old, member of the firm of Hunt Bros., coal Operators, died at the home on West Church street last evening after an illness of 2 weeks of the intestinal influenza. He had been a resident of Brazil for a number of years and had been engaged in the coal business for the past 10 years. He is survived by the wife , a son and a daughter , Harry & Olive; the mother, Mrs. Mary Hunt , west of the city; 4 brothers and one sister, Orville, John & Noah Hunt , west of the city, Ross Hunt, city and Mrs. Frank Fledderjohn, west of the city. He was a member of Brazil Lodge No. 215, I.O.O.F., the I.O.O.F encampment and Canton Mckeen, Terre Haute. funeral services will be held at the home at 2pm Sunday afternoon in charge of the I.O.O.F lodge of this city and canton Mckeen of Terre Haute. Burial will be at Summit Lawn.



Walter married Catherine Ethel Butterman Nov of 1909 in Clay County Brazil Indiana.
After Walters death she moved to Michigan and Married James Neely .
