My paternal aunt. She was the nicest person. We had a lot in common and I am sorry to know she has passed.

She was a mother of two daughters, one was born in the early 70's and the other in 1997. Liala became a grandmother, sadly this was after her death. She now has a precious grand-daughter. She was also aunt of two nieces, one being me, and the other was born after her death.

I only met my aunt during my visit to my father (her brother) in 1993. She was the one who drove to pick me up from the airport. We spent a couple days together and we had a nice time. Too short of a time. She was the only one to make me feel comfortable and I liked her from the minute I met her. I had not seen her since I was a child but right away I felt comfortable with her. She loved dogs just as much as I did. She was just a lovely person. I was very sad to hear of her passing years later.

She was 46 years old when she died unexpectedly.

Her brother Lucio, who is my biological father, died at the same age, a few years before she did.
Her parents have since joined her.

All are interred in the same cemetery, not too far from one another.
