William L. Hemming, age 61, 854 East Brockton, Madison Heights, died Wednesday, Sept. 13, 1967, after a long illness. He was a machine repairman.
Mr. Hemming was born in Canada on Aug. 24, 1906, and had lived in this area since 1935.
Surviving are his wife, Rose; two sons, Robert of Detroit; Roger, at home; a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Jean) Wilkinson of Dade City, Fla.; and five grandchildren.
Rosary wil be said at 7:30 p.m.; Friday, at the Hopcroft Funeral Home, 23919 John R, Hazel Park. Prayers at 8:30 a.m, Saturday, at the funeral home, will be followed by requiem mass at 9 a.m. in the St. Mary Magdalen Church, Hazel Park. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m., Friday.
