Funeral for Willie Frank Acklin
Jr., 34, of Decatur will be Thursday
at 1 p.m. at Shiloh Missionary Baptist
Church with the Rev. Charles B.
Huggins officiating.
Burial will be in Sterrs Cemetery
with Reynolds Funeral Home directing.
The body will be placed in
the church an hour before the service.
Mr. Acklin died Monday at his
home of natural causes. He was
born Feb. 13, 1961, in Morgan
County.He was a member of Shiloh-
Missionary Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Laura
Pearl Acklin; one son, Terrence
Garrett of Decatur; four daughters,
Kenya Coffey, Francilia Coffey,
ShaRhonda Acklin and Shayla.
Yarbrough, all of Decatur; his parents,
Willie Frank Acklin and Dollean
Acklin, both of Decatur; three
brothers, Carl Stevenson, Rudolph
Acklin and Fernando Acklin, all of
Decatur; five sisters, Ijesteia Darby
of Huntsville, Rhonda Acklin of
Florida and Roxanne Acklin and
Litora Morris, both of Decatur; and
his grandfather, the Rev. C.P.White
of Indiana..
Pallbearers will be Ray Jones,
Ernest Torrain, Ricky Miller, Kent
Taylor, Paul Stevens and Hayfer
Jones.
