Mrs. Cinthy Wier, 88, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mattie Lloyd in Lampasas County on 2 March 1908. Mrs. Wier was the mother of Mrs. Mary Youngblood and Mrs. J.A. Scott of Baird and Mrs. Jack Wier of Big Spring and another son at Enid, Okla and a daughter lives in Sherwood. Shee was born in Georgia and moved to Texas many years ago and settled in Lampasas County where she was loved and respected by all.
