He was born Oct. 8, 1970 in Lafayette to Tommy Anderson of West Lafayette and Joan C. St. Pierre Anderson of North Las Vegas. They survive.

Also surviving are a sister, Jill Balkema (husband: Chris) of Channahon, Il.; his maternal grandmother, Dortha St. Pierre Syphers of Lafayette; 2 nephews, Luke and Max Balkema and 2 uncles, James St. Pierre (wife: Mickie) of Fallbrook, California and Terrence St. Pierre (wife: Joni) of Auburn, Massachusetts.
