L. T. Crain, 77, of Hamilton died Monday, March 1 at Harris Methodist Stephenville following an extended illness. Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 3 at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Moody officiating. Burial was at Oakwood Cemetery.
Mr. Crain was born Nov. 9, 1915, in Hamilton. He married Charlotte Q. [(Quezada)] Crain, Sept. 6, 1943, in New Mexico. He lived most of his adult life in Santa Monica, California where he worked as a grocery store manager. He moved back to Hamilton in 1983 where he made his home until his death. He was a Mason and a Shriner and a member of the Hamilton Lions Club and the First Baptist Church in Hamilton.
The family requests that memorials be made to the Hamilton Public Library.
