Jacksboro, Texas – Thomas Collom, 62, died Thursday in his Jacksboro home.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Coker Funeral Home with the Rev. Billy Rodgers officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
Mr. Collom was born Oct. 27, 1933, in Aspermont, Texas. He and Eula Mae Isbell were married Sept. 1, 1956, in Snyder, Texas. He was a truck driver and a Baptist. His son, Tommy, died in 1990, and his son Kenny, died in 1977.
Survivors include his wife: five daughters, Barbara Sue Quintela of Odessa, Texas, Marie Moore of Graham, Texas, and Peggy Hadley, Sandra Goree and Treva Dunn, all of Jacksboro; a son, Ray of Jacksboro; two brothers, Dan of Hamlin, Texas, and Martin of New Mexico; two sisters, Doris Lewis of Bangs, Texas, and Ann Bilbrey of Odessa; 25 grandchildren; and 36 great-grandchildren.
