Funeral services for Paul David Lauster, 19, of Olney were held at the Southside Baptist Church with Rev. Lynn Wilson, pastor, officiating.
Lauster died from injuries received in a one car accident west of Olney on Hwy 199.
Lauster had lived in Olney nearly all of his life. He was an oil field worker and was working for Megargel Drilling Company. He had worked Friday night and had gone to Megargel early Saturday morning to get his paycheck.
Lauster apparently lost control of his car as it came over a hill and around a slight curve on wet pavement 8.8 miles west of Olney.
Survived by his widow - Ruby Lauster; parents - Mr. and Mrs. G.G. Lauster; grandmother - Mrs. G.A. Lauster, all of Olney, step-brother - Franklin Lauster of Fort Worth.
