Billy was the son of Rena Odell (Henderson) Belding and the late Willis Lee Sawyer. He was a self employed Truck Driver and he was a member of the Faith Center Assembly of God Church.
Survivors at time of death included his mother, Rena Belding of Hamilton; two daughters, Tammy Jones Tajdin and husband, Fred of Crab Orchard, West Virginia and Cindy Frye and husband, Zack of Trophy Club; three sons, Danny Jones and wife, Tami of Graham, T-Paul Jones and wife, Michelle of Graham, and Billy Montgomery of Dallas; two sisters, Fronie McCoy of Fortune Bend and Nolan Edgin of Eastland and two brothers, Buck S. Basham of South Bend, Texas and Tony Belding of Hamilton, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his former wife, Sylvia Irene Harden Sawyer and a sister, Elizabeth McComb.
