Daniel L. Sehnke, Jr. was a student in the Class of 1993 at Ambridge Area High School (AAHS), Ambridge, Pennsylvania, Beaver County, United States of America. He was a member of the AAHS Band who played alto saxophone. In September of 1991, his junior year, Dan was diagnosed with Hodgkins Disease. He passed away on August 5, 1992, at the age of 17. Dan was an excellent student who enjoyed his band activities and planned to further his education at The University of Pittsburgh. To honor his memory and to assist other students with similar aspirations, the Daniel L. Sehnke, Jr. Memorial Scholarship has been established by Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Sehnke, his loving parents.
In addition to his parents, Dan is survived by a loving sister, Colleen.
