He graduated from the University of Maine at Gorham with a Bachelors of Science and received a Master of Science degree from the University of Connecticut. He was a wonderful teacher in the Warwick School System.
Mr. Anderson was a 20-year veteran and retired Captain of the Army National Guard, 19th Special Forces Group, Company D served in Korea and Vietnam.
His Funeral Service was held on Tuesday in the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Smithfield.. Burial with military honors followed in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
