Passed away on September 13, 1999 at his home in Lewisville. Andrew is a member of Holy Trinity Charismatic Episcopal Church in North Richland Hills, TX. He is survived by his four sisters: Susan Hamarlund, Jane Upham, Martha Landwehr and Barbara McDevitt; his father, Walter Bousfield; and his lifelong friend Kerry Nichols. Family visitation will be on Wednesday from 7:00pm till 9:00pm at Dalton & Son Funeral Home in Lewisville. Funeral services will be on Thursday at 3:30pm in Wildwood Chapel at Restland Memorial Park in Richardson, TX with Father Robert Tomlinson officiating the service.
