Baptized 25th November, 1849 at the Solum Lutheran Church, Solum, Kingdom of Norway.
Emigrated with her parents and six siblings in 1857 to Ashippun, Dodge County, Wisconsin.
Married Halvor Halverson Saugbruget Ulefos. They had a large family, many died young and some of them are buried at this cemetery also. She was a sister to Aavedt buried at Highland Cemetery which is near Menomonie,WI.Her parents and several sibs are buried at St.Olaf at Toland which is in Dodge County, Town of Ashippun. Her obit is a real treat as it gives the farm family name in Norway. Because of the information, I was able to visit the place where the farm was and also visit the church where she was baptized. I have a copy of the baptism record at the Solum Church.
