Edwin Leo Raney, 55, of Lafayette, died at 4:38 p.m. Wednesday March 31, 2010, at Clarian Arnett Hospital.
He was born Dec. 12, 1954 in Washington, Indiana to Edwin Scott Raney and the late Clara Rosalie Holland Raney. On July 12, 2008, he married Gail Forkapa Dunson in North Royalton, Ohio. She survives.
He is also survived by two daughters, Katherine Rose Raney and Anna Leigh Raney of Southport; his father; two sons, Dennis Raney of Lafayette and Benjamin Estep of Indianapolis; stepsons, John Joseph Dunson (wife: Margie) of Cameron, Texas, and Brian Alan Dunson of Brunswick Hills, Ohio; one brother, Thomas Marion Raney (wife: Joanie) of Washington, Indiana; a sister, Mary Alice Seegel (husband: Mike) of Indianapolis and grandchildren, John Joseph Dunson IV, Miranda Dunson, Audrianna Daniels, Bella, Hayden, Jake and Alissa.
