Funeral services will be today at 3 p.m. in Richland Springs Baptist Church with burial in Johnsons Cemetery.
He was a native of Saluda County, son of the late Wesley and Jane Johnson Bartley. He was a retired farmer and a veteran of World War I.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Sebell Corley Bartley; two daughters, Mrs. Fred McGee of Batesburg, Mrs. Dorothy (David) Mundy of Ward and a sister, Mrs. Daisy Turner of Johnston.
