AFTON -- Buddy Ross Allen, 33, of Rt. 1, Afton, died Saturday morning (Sept. 18, 1976) at his residence.
He was born in Lexington Oct. 30, 1943, son of Luther G. and Mattie (Hatter) Allen of Stuarts Draft. He was a veteran of the Air Force and an operator in the chemical area of DuPont.
Survivors include two sons, Scott M. and Mark E. Allen, both of Waynesboro; his former wife, Mrs. Betty M. Allen of Waynesboro; three sisters, Mrs. Vaden Coffee and Mrs. A.P. Mann, both of Staunton, and Mrs. Earl Turner of Mt. Crawford; three brothers, Gorman L. of Staunton, George H. of Stuarts Draft and James E. Allen of Waynesboro, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday in Calvary Untied Methodist Church by the Revs. Judson Baldwin and Wyman Ramsey.
