I have other pictures of my grandmother that may be prettier but none that captures her memory as well as cooking and talking on the phone. (More than likely talking to my Aunt Sister) I miss her still.

Precious angel, heaven sent from God above. Appointed as the wonderful mother for your family. You touched the hearts of those you loved. With every biscuit, word and deed. The pain you suffered and endured. Would have conquered a weaker soul. Your generous, loving, hope-filled heart. Placed you in a stronger role. Seventy seven precious few years. Cooking, cleaning and wiping of tears. You gave us love, and life and hope. Nurturing our spirits and hearing our voice. Grandma Kati, now in heaven. Keeping watch over your kin. It was our delight, moreover an honor. To love and cherish you like no other.
