Uncle Charlie Passed away in September OF 2007. At his eulogy, a City official walked up to the podium and began to speak of the efforts my uncle and Councilman Dan Bostrom had put forth in getting he and the other brothers recognized for this Patriotic Service. He continued by stating that the State OF Minnesota has officially designating Sept 24TH AS "CHARLES AGUIRRE DAY" in the State of Minnesota.
