ELMER L. SENSABUAGH

Elmer Lee Sensabaugh, 68, of 820 N. Coalter Street died at 11:20 Sunday night (January 26, 1975) in the King's Daughters' Hospital where he had been a patient since Tuesday.

He was born in Augusta County August 14, 1906, a son of the later Peter M. and Agnes Clemmer Sensabaugh. He was a U.S. Naval veteran of World War II. Mr. Sensabaugh was a retired employee of Swift and Company, where he was employed for 37 years. He was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, where he served as an elder.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Viola (Reed) Sensabaugh; two brothers, Arthur W. Sensabaugh and David W. Sensabaugh, both of Middlebrook; two sisters, Mrs. Callie Spitler of Greenville and Mrs. Ada B. Stephenson of Middlebrook; and one foster sister, Mrs. Virginia Simmons of Staunton, also, a number of nieces and nephews. His brother, Walter T. Sensabaugh, preceded him in death in 1972.

Burial will be in Thornrose Cemetery.
