Me George Rush, died early this morning at 2 o'clock at his home five miles north of Conway after a short illness. He was 73 years, 5 months and 3 days old. Born in Ellsworth county, he settled on the farm north of Conway 22 years ago. In 1904 he was married to Miss Ida Johnson, at Marquette and she is one of the survivors. Other survivors include six sons; Nelson Rush, Tescott; Gordon, Loren, Lonnie and Blaine Rush, all of Geneseo; and Demmon Rush, Conway.three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Surface, Mrs Adeline Beagley and Mrs. Florence Beagley, all of Geneseo; twenty-eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; three brothers, Emanuel Rush, Lyons; Don Rush, Langley, and Luke Rush, Geneseo; and one sister, Mrs. Martha Irvin, Geneseo. Funeral services Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Danielson-Johnson Funeral Home , Lindsborg with Rev. Robert Books of the Methodist Church of Marquette officiating.
