She was born July 15, 1919, in Pound River, Virginia, to Benjamin and Elizabeth Ramey Woodring.
She retired in 1971 as a Licensed Practical Nurse and a Private Duty Nurse. She was a member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church and enjoyed
crafts.
Surviving are daughters, Betty Gair, Lauretta M. Hepburn, Mary E. Brague, all of Williamsport; a son, Benjamin C. Laudenslager; a step-daughter, Sandra Guthrie of Williamsport; a sister, Lucille Motter of Williamsport; 19 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 8 step great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Elmer O. Laudenslager, Sr., in 1957, second husband, Paul D. Rupp in 1989, a daughter, Helen Evano in 1986, a son, Elmer O. Laudenslager, Jr., in 1969, granddaughter, Rhonda Evano in 1968, and 4 brothers, Hughy, William, Edward, Benjamin Woodring.
Funeral services will be Thursday, 12 p.m., at James C. Maneval Funeral Home, Ltd., 500 W. Fourth St., with the Rev. Dr. E.W. Bixler officiating. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to noon.
Interment will be in the Montoursville Cemetery.
