Burial will be later in Arlington National Cemetery near Washington, D.C. Mr. Lovell was born in Solvay, N.Y., a son of Harry Lovell and Elizabeth Munch Lovell. He was a member of the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association, the Military Order of World Wars, the Navy League, the Retired Officers Association and St. Andrews Rotary Club. He was Episcopalian.
