Bob Keller, 70, died in St Joseph's Hospital Thursday July 14 at 10:30 a.m. a few days after he suffered a heart attack.
A retired farmer, he was born in Johnson County Oct. 3, 1895, the son of G. J. and Martha Beloat Keller. He grew up in that area.
On Jan. 6, 1915 he was married to Miss Ella Powell at Joshua, and that same year they came to Wellington. A farmer all his adult life, Mr. Keller lived in the Cross Roads community until a few years ago, when he retired and he and Mrs. Keller moved into Wellington.
He was a member of the Baptist Church.
Surviving Mr. Keller are his wife and three daughters: Mrs. C. E. Jackson of Clarendon, Mrs. J. C. Scott, Jr., of Wichita Falls, and Mrs. James E. Abel of Dickinson.
Other survivors are a sister and brother, Mrs. R. S. Montague of Wellington and Lewis Keller of Cleburne. There are six grandchildren.
