Miss Beatrice Marie Parkins, 263 Wayside Dr., born in San Antonio Oct. 2, 1923, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 30, 1962, in New Braunfels, Texas, at the age of 39 years. Funeral services will be held in Alamo Chapels, Thursday, Nov. 1 at 4 p.m. Interment will be in Anchor Masonic Cemetery. Survivors: Parents, Mr. and Mrs. George L. Parkins, sisters, Mrs. Lilly Clarke, Lafayette, La., Mrs. Gracie Robinson, Reagan Wells, Texas, Mrs. Bertha Jefferies, McGuire AFB, N.J., Mrs. Norma Senich, City; brothers, Walter L. Parkins, Los Angeles, Calif., William H. Parkins, City, Ellis J. Parkins, Long Beach, Calif., Alfred S. Parkins, San Francisco, Calif. Miss Parkins was a member of the Methodist Church and had been a lifelong resident of San Antonio. Pallbearers will be Larry Wood, Charles Woods, Roger Halloway, Eddie Peguez, Norman Gruber and James G. Law Jr.
