Heather Nicole O'Banion, 16, of 621 Broadway St. died Tuesday March 7, 2000, in an accidental fall at the Clifty Falls State Park. She was born April 18, 1983 in Madison, the daughter of Louis and Rebecca Timlinson O'Banion. She was a junior at Madison Consoildated High School, where she was a member of the Lady Cubs basketball team. She was a member of Ebenezer Methodist Church. She is survived by her parents, of Madison; one sister, Tiki Williams of Mephis, TN.; two brothers, Yarnell O'Banion and Ryan O'Banion, both of Madison, three nieces and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Services will be held at 11 am Saturday at First Assembly of God Church with burial in Springdale Cemetery. Friends may call at the Lytle-Gans-Andrew Funeral Home from 5 to 8 pm Friday and at the church from 10 am to 11 am Saturday. Expressions of Sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Heather O'Banion Memorial Fund, in care of the funeral home of the Heather O'Banion Fund at River Valley Financial Bank.
