Francis Borders Died This Morning
The life of Frances Marie Borders came to an end shortly after midnight this morning. Mrs. Borders expired at her home, 412 Lafayette Street, Oolitic following a three year illness.
Mrs. Borders was born August 15, 1876 to Philip and Mary Weininger* in Jackson County.
She was twice married, to F. V. Wray in 1894, who died Sept. 10, 1910, and later to Frank Borders. Three children were born to the first marriage, Fred L. Wray, of Portsmouth, VA; Mrs. Sadie Manner, of Noblesville, IN; and Mrs. Ola Spoonmore, of Oolitic.
In addition to the children, Mrs. Borders is survived by her brother, Riley Weininger, of Terre Haute; and two sisters, Mrs. Flossie Beck, of Kansas City, MO, and Mrs. Verna George, of Medora.
Mrs. Borders was a member of the Baptist Church, of Brownstown.
Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 10:00 o'clock in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day and Carter Mortuary with Bro. Edward Edinger officiating. Until that time the body will lie in state at the Mortuary. Interment will be in the Beech Grove Cemetery.

Jackson County Native Succumbs at Oolitic
Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Marie Borders, a native of Jackson county who died early Saturday morning at her home, 412 Lafayette Street, Oolitic, following a three-year illness, were conducted this morning from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day and Carter Mortuary, Bedford, with Brother Edward Edinger officiating. Burial was in Beech Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Borders, a member of the Baptist Church of Brownstown, was born August 15, 1878, to Phillip and Mary Weininger in this county.
She was twice married, to F. V. Wray in 1894, who died September 19, 1910, and later to Frank Borders.
Survivors include three children by the first marriage: Fred J. Wray, of Porthsmouth, VA, Mrs. Sadie Hanner, of Noblesville, and Mrs. Ola Spoonmore, of Oolitic: a brother, Riley Weinlnger. of Terre Haute and two sisters, Mrs. Flossie Beck, of Kansas City, MO, and Mrs. Verna George, of Medora.

Services Held For Frances M. Borders
Frances Marie Borders was buried yesterday in the Beech Grove Cemetery following services in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day and Carter Mortuary.
Mrs. Borders, who lived at 412 Lafayette Street, Oolitic, Indiana, passed away April 23 at 1:10 a. m. Bro. Edward Edinger was in charge of the funeral services, and the mortuary arranged the flowers. Mrs. Edward Edinger, accompanied by Mrs. Richard Hazel at the organ, sang The Great Shepherd. Pall bearers were Frank Hanner, Keith Hanner, Joe Roy Hanner, William W. Hicks, Bill E. Spaulding, and Homer Hanner.
