She died Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010, at her home.
She was a native of Jeffersonville, employed by the insurance department at Jewish Hospital, Louisville, and was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, Charlestown.
Survivors include her son, Butch Adams and his wife, Reya, of New Albany; daughters, Michele M. Adams-May, of Jeffersonville, Denise V. Adams-Kaufer, of Clarksville and Susie Adams-Davis, of St. Louis; sister, Mary Ann Willeford, of Charlestown; brothers, Thomas Lee Warren, of Charlestown, Paul and Kenny Warren, of Hibernia, Jody Warren, of Chattanooga, Tenn. and Herman John Warren, of Dayton, Ohio; her mother, Mary Elizabeth Warren, of Sellersburg; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. "Buddy" Adams Sr. Visitation at the funeral home will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m. Thursday.
