Elizabeth Minton "Libby" Cooper, died February, 2010, in an airplane crash in Winslow, Arkansas. Ms. Cooper was 14 years old. Libby attended Lakeside Junior High School. She was a cheerleader; an honors student and president of her class. She attended Lake Valley Community Church.

Funeral service for Ms. Cooper was held on Thursday, February 11, 2010, at Horner Hall, in the Hot Springs Convention Center.
