Betty LouWELDIN-EDDINGTON , 84, passed away at Pathways Hospice Care Center on Jan. 31, 2010, with her devoted son at her side.

She passed away peacefully from this life onto the next to be with her Heavenly Father, whom she worshipped so devoutly her whole life.

She was born March 27, 1925, in Boyce, La., to Henry Latelle and Perla Lurennia (Blanchard) Weldin.

Betty Lou loved her children, adored her grandchildren and respected all living things with a compassion unknown to most. She always had a passion for gardening, and taught her children to be charitable and kind. She truly was an amazing woman.

She is in the memories of those she left behind; her brothers, Henry, Joe and Kenneth Weldin; her son, Bryce Eddington and daughter Perla Toole; her grandchildren, Jerrod (Gret-chen), Elyse, and Andrea Toole. She will live in our hearts forever.

She was preceded in death by her dear parents, her sister, Marion Norwood, and her son Lee Jr., who are awaiting her in Heaven.

Funeral services will be held Friday 10 a.m. at the LDS Berthoud Chapel. Viewing one hour prior to services.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in care of Viegut Funeral Home.
