ERICK, Okla. - Ronald F. Bass, 73, died Monday, Jan. 18, 2010.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Erick First Baptist Church with Brother Charlie Floyd and Brother Joe Jernigan officiating. Burial will be in Texola Cemetery by Fatheree-Albert Funeral Home.
Mr. Bass was born Feb. 1, 1936, in Erick to Sallye and Walter Jackson Bass. He rode and trained horses for the greater part of his lifetime and traveled throughout Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico.
Survivors include two daughters, Shea Dunlap of Sayre and Stacie Bass of Dallas; a grandson; a sister, Glenda Beck of Shamrock, Texas; and two brothers, P.R. Bass of Shamrock and Buck Bass of Erick.
