Amelia 'Babs' Terrels of West Chester

Amelia 'Babs' Terrels, 89, of West Chester died Sunday May 4, 2008, at Chester County Hospital.
She was the wife of the late Jack L. Terrels Sr.
Born in West Chester, she was the daughter of the late Oresto Ferrazza and the late Livia Berardi Ferrazza.
Babs lived in West Chester her entire life and worked at Henderson High School, first as a teacher's aide then later as an administrative assistant from 1968 to 1987. Since her retirement she was an Avon representative until her death.
Amelia served with the U.S. Marine Corps as a private first class from 1944 to 1945.
She was a member of St. Agnes Church and was past president of the Knights of Columbus #1333 Ladies Auxiliary of West Chester.
She was predeceased by her sister, Emma Bullotta, and brother, Faust Ferrazza.
Her greatest joy was her grandson.
The more she could do for people, the happier she was.
She is survived by son, Jay L. Terrels, daughter, Barbara Jeanne Kinsey, and grandson, Brandon Kinsey, all of West Chester.
Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral Mass at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 8, at St. Agnes Church, 233 W. Gay St., West Chester.
Visitation is 9:45 to 11 a.m. Thursday, May 8, at the church.
Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery.
