William Donald Griesch, age 60, of Roxboro, NC, died Thursday, December 3, 2009 at his home. He was the husband of the late Christine Carle Griesch. Mr. Griesch was a Vietnam Veteran, having served in the Air Force as part of the Military Police. He had worked as a security officer for Southside Hospital Security and also later with Garda Security.
Surviving is a son Matthew Griesch, and wife Joanne of Roxboro. Two brothers, Phillip Griesch and wife Lori, Howard Griesch and wife Ronnie, and his mother Vera Griesch, all of Nassau County, NY. Also a sister Joan Griesch, of Suffolk County, NY.
A Private Memorial service will be held, December 12, 2009. Officiating will be Dr. M. David Chambers.
