She was married to William Schroll in 1855 and settled near Warrensburg where they lived until 1881 when they moved to Decatur.

To them were born nine children, four of whom are living, John, Greenview, Miss, Mrs. Nel Schroll Clark, Des. Moines, IA and Fred Schroll who was with his mother at the time of her death. She leaves two sisters, one in England one in Idaho and a brother in California.

Mrs Nell Clark arrived in Decatur Saturday and she started for Florida, summoned by the illness of her mother. She received a telegram that her mother had died.
