He was a member of Concord Baptist Church. He was preceeded in death by his Father in 1977, and a Brother, Billy in 1999.
Survivors include two daughters Katrina Edwards, and Kim Burton; his parents Delois and Alfred Vaughn; two sisters, Janet Lindsey and Tawanna Watterson, all of Ardmore, and three grand children.
Bearers will be Eddie Johnson, Jimmy Chatham, Buddy Knisley, Dale Rushing, Juston and Owen Watterson.
Blake Edwards is an Honorary bearer.
** Funeral Services were held at 2:00 Thursday January 29, 2004 at Concord Baptist Church. Officiating Reverend Leroy Holman. Final Resting Place: Concord Cemetery.
