Frank grew up in Alexandria, VA., and graduated from George Washington High School and Capitol Radio and Engineering Institute in Washington, D.C. Married to Valerie Horr for 52 years. Served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict in the Army Security Agency at Fort Devens, MA. He worked for IBM from 1956 until his retirement in 1990. Frank installed the first two computers in the state of Vermont. Frank was always interested in electronics and airplanes, earning his private, commercial, and instrument pilot's licenses.
