Ben Andrews Died Sunday of Typhoid Fever
The announcement Sunday of the death of Mr. Benjamin Andrews was quite a shock to his friends here. He had been ill with typhoid fever for two weeks at this home on Church Street but was thought to be on the road to recovery. On Sunday, however, a change came and he passed away in a few hours. The deceased was 26 years of age, a young man possessed of excellent habits and possessed the friendship of all who knew him. His mother and brothers have the sympathy of all in their bereavement. The Funeral exercises were conducted at Oak Grove Cemetery Monday morning by Rev Leroy Henderson. (Pastor of the First Presbyterian Church)
